Places such as The British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy (BACP), The National Counselling and Psychotherapy Society (NCPS) and The United Kingdom Council for Psychotherapy (UKCP) have such lists. You can also contact your GP for support through the NHS.
For more urgent support, please contact 111 (for out of hours GP) or, if your life is in immediate danger, please dial 999 or visit your local A&E.

Online
I work with clients online over Zoom. I have slots for online counselling available on Thursdays (between 9.30am and 3.00pm).
Telephone
I can also work with clients via telephone. I also have slots for telephone counselling available during the same time periods listed above on Thursdays.
I will always get back to you as soon as I can but please be aware that I don't work full-time hours.
Fees
I charge £50 for each 50 minute counselling session.
